Course outline

Build a strong foundation in key areas of law, including contract law, legal research, equity and trusts, constitutional law, administrative law, and commercial and personal property law. You’ll also develop a deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders perspectives, and have the opportunity to explore emerging areas of legal practice, such as environment, social and governance (ESG) issues, and the intersection of law, technology and innovation.

Through core business units, you’ll develop a strong foundation in critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, business ethics and professional communication—skills that are in high demand across all industries. You’ll also choose a specialisation from our range of business majors, allowing you to tailor your studies to your career goals and graduate as a confident professional in your chosen field.
