This program serves as an introduction to the health sector. In the diploma year, students develop fundamental academic skills and cement their knowledge in foundation subjects and core concepts. On successful completion of the diploma, students progress into the Bachelor of Health Science with credit. This multidisciplinary degree is focused on the biological, biochemical and psychological aspects of health science. It provides a firm grounding in chemistry, genes and disease, anatomy, genetics, physiology, biochemistry, nutrition, microbiology and health management.
