When can current Year 12 students graduating in 2026, create an ATAR Portal registration?
Current Year 12 student cannot register until admissions for 2027 is open. Please advise students to start their registration from 4 August 2026. They can create their QTAC applications and ATAR Portal accounts at the same time.
The reports are not loading, and the loading circle is just going around and around?
Most of the reports are very data heavy and can take 15 or more minutes to load. If it still no working, logout, clear the cache and try again.
One of my students just applied but I can’t see them in my reports?
Data updates every 24 hours, please check again later.
I can’t see my student application data?
When QTAC is running an offer round some data is not available. Please try again in 24 hours.
When I try to login, it defaults to my school email?
• If it gives you the option on the login screen, sign into a different account• If it doesn’t give you the option, sign into your account and then sign out (user icon in the top right corner)• If this doesn’t work, clear your cache or use a different browser
When I try and open a report, it asks me to login again, but my login details aren’t working?
